Service

Specialty Health Products LLC is happy to service/repair your Hydro-San device here at our Phoenix facility. When sending in your Hydro-San device there are a number of things to take into consideration.

  • Ensure your packaging is of sufficient quality to prevent damage to your device during the shipping process
  • Your Hydro-San device should be insured for at least $4000
  • Do not send any of your water/supply lines or other accessories with the Hydro-San device

When you purchase your Hydro-San device from us you also receive FREE Lifetime technical support. Technical support goes beyond the warranty period, so you are never left hanging.

When something goes wrong, our knowledgeable technical support staff is always ready to get you back up and running as quickly as possible.

Autoship is the most convenient way for you to get the items you want delivered to you on a regular schedule. We automatically send you the items you select based upon your chosen frequency (e.g., weekly or monthly).

A discount of 5% is applied to the cost of the single use speculum kit.

For next day deliveries, requests must be submitted before 12pm Mountain Standard Time 

These have to be taken to the local FedEx store by 1pm. 

Ground deliveries must be submitted by 3pm Mountain Standard Time
